Strawberry Cheesecake
recipe from Judy Miller
2 graham cracker crusts
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
2 tsp vanilla
1 carton whip topping (like cool whip), 8 ounces
1 pint (16 oz) strawberry glaze (or mix 4 cups sliced strawberries with 2/3 cup sugar and cook on stove til it becomes thick)

Mix cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, vanilla and whip topping in a blender.  Pour 1/4 cream chesse mixture in crust, then 1/2 cup strawberry glaze.  Repeat.  Then do the same for the other crust.   Makes 2 pies.  Refrigerate.
