5 tbls (apx 1/3 cup) mustard
2 tbls oil
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
4-6 medium or 7-8 small white potatoes
Grease pan. Mix above ingredients. Bake 425 degrees for 1 hour.
You want the potatoes to be pretty thick with the mustard sauce because it will thin out as it bakes.
